By enrolling in any monthly service package with Swarm Branding, you agree to the following terms:

1. 30-Day Notice Requirement
   A minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel any monthly service package. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the client being charged for one (1) additional month of service.

2. Cancellation Fee
   In addition to the charge for the additional month of service (if applicable), a non-refundable cancellation fee of $500 will be applied to all early cancellations.

3. Contract Obligations
   If you are under a service contract with a defined term and choose to cancel before the contract ends, you will be required to pay the full remaining balance of the contract at the time of cancellation, in addition to the cancellation fee.
